NH Collection Prague Carlo IV

The room was cozy with a nice bed, the spa was lovely, and the pool was beautiful. Breakfast wasn’t included, was pricey, but still rich, and the venue was a 15‑minute walk from the center.

The breakfast was amazing and the bedrooms were comfortable. The staff and bar service lacked empathy, and the ambient scent used was strong and could have been more refreshing.

The location is perfect! The hotel staff were genuinely kind and friendly, service beyond expectations. The spa is stunning and the pool is indulgent. Breakfast ranks among the best—tasty, varied, nourishing, and filling. Live musicians play in the lobby and during breakfast, each time a different instrument, creating an amazing, fun atmosphere. The hotel is clean and pleasant to stay in. The carpet in the room was stained, which was a bit unpleasant, and overall the room needed a bit of maintenance (the curtain didn’t hang properly and fell a little). The worst part was the shower’s weak water pressure—after a full day of touring, we were looking forward to a good shower, but it was harsh.

“Good experience”

The hotel is very nice and spacious, with an excellent breakfast. The sauna and jacuzzi were also great. Our room was on the third floor, so we heard a lot of train and tram noise at night, which was quite disturbing and made sleeping hard. Overall, it’s a great hotel. I also accidentally left my hair clip in the pool changing room; when I called, the hotel couldn’t find it and said someone might have taken it. That was surprising and disappointing, as I wouldn’t expect a personal item left inside a hotel changing room to just disappear.
