“Ok type but lot many scopes for improvement. Most dirty was balcony which was full with pigeon waste”

Breakfast was acceptable, but the variety was lacking. The bathroom toilet drain was positioned in front of the washbasin, which was very irritating. The blanket cover on the bed had been used, and out of two towels, one had clearly been used. Evening tea and pakoras were not satisfactory.

“Missed the warmness in service, but cozy comfy and clean”

For the price, I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and comfy the hotel was. The staff during the evening shift were friendly and helpful, but the day shift staff seemed a bit unprofessional. Also, the rooftop was closed, which was a bit of a bummer since it was mentioned in the service list.

This hotel is seriously old – I'm talking ancient. The decor, the furniture, the whole vibe is straight out of the past. I'm not sure if they're trying to go for a retro look or if they just can't afford to renovate.

“Poor experience. Over rated and very much over priced”

I'm still trying to figure out how this hotel got such a high rating. The place was a complete disaster – the reception area reeked of toilet fumes, the food was disgusting, the light in my room was flickering, and the bathroom was cramped and dirty. And to top it all off, the prices were outrageous. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.
