“Very nice but needs improvement”
The building is beautiful and the spot is great. The shared area is tastefully decorated with a blend of modern and vintage, making you feel like you’re in someone’s living room. When I booked, the description said I’d get an apartment with a kitchen, but the confirmation email said a suite with a sofa; instead the room looked like a hotel room with a small chair. The Artieri suites have many different accommodations and it’s unclear what you’re actually getting—this needs fixing. I was disappointed. Also, there’s no dish‑washing area and the housekeepers only came once during my four‑day stay, so dishes piled up.
