Locatie was fijn, tussen de groene weilanden en Zwitserse koeien. Uitzicht over Luzern. Pand ziet er an sich leuk uit, met tuin en houten balkonnen. Bij aankomst bleek het restaurant gesloten. Onze kamer leek al even niet verhuurd te zijn, of in ieder geval niet goed schoongemaakt. Op het bureau en koffiezetapparaat lag een laagje stof, in het ventilatierooster in de erg kleine badkamer zat zoveel stof dat het naar beneden dwarrelde op de wc en er waren ook spinnenwebben op het balkon. De ingang van het bijgebouw leek wat verouderd. Er stond een nachtkastje tegen de kledingkast aan. Onlogische indeling, dus. Kortom; likje verf en flinke schoonmaakbeurt nodig

The location is a dream! The kitchen is very good and the staff were very friendly. There was no extra blanket—unusual for a hotel of this type. A piece of curtain had come loose from the track and hung down, something housekeeping missed. The seating area in the restaurant is cramped, and the table fireplace doesn’t work.

Locatie is top: mooi utzicht over de meren. En dichtbij de kabelbaan. Personeel was heel vriendelijk, maar wisselde wel. Ontbijt en diner was ook prima in orde, maar is wel minder dan (vergelijkbare) hotels in Italie Spa is ook prettig, maar hebben we geen gebruik van gemaakt. kamer was netjes, maar wel aan de kleine kant; wat vooral vervelend is, is dat we de koffers niet ergens gemakkelijk neer kunnen zetten, dus deze stonden op de vloer naast het bed
