The breakfast was nice, and the staff on site went out of their way to serve us well; chickens wandered into the breakfast area, which was disorienting. The reception at arrival was not great, perhaps because an employee seemed eager to leave and wanted to get rid of us as quickly as possible.

The location, access, and parking were good; the bedding quality was excellent, the bathroom was large, the pool was pleasant, and the breakfast was exceptional. The hosts were not very communicative or enthusiastic, seeming to be there just to do their job; you really have to coax them into talking. There was too much light in the rooms early in the morning for children aged 11 and 13 who were used to sleeping in darkness rather than under daylight from 6 am.

I chose this place mainly for its highly appreciated dining experience from a previous stay in May, so I didn’t expect a luxurious room. The two guest rooms I stayed in were quite comfortable and had everything essential for a stay; the only improvement needed was a bit more storage space for the smaller of the two. Nothing else.

Everything was perfect: a very spacious, beautiful, and comfortable room with a small terrace and a stunning view of the castle and park; the pool was truly enjoyable; and the breakfast was exceptional, with high‑quality products and an incredible selection—an amazing discovery that made us love our stay.
