“Nice hotel, but the inconsistent and unexplained breakfast charges left me disappointed with the overall experience”

I was disappointed with the inconsistent breakfast pricing during my stay; on the first morning I was charged $28 for a plain omelet, but the next morning a similar plain/classic omelet was charged at $22, so the first breakfast bill was higher and I was not given a clear explanation for the difference, and I would expect pricing to be consistent and transparent for hotel guests. A nice hotel, but the inconsistent breakfast charges affected my overall experience.

“Above average hotel, but needs to be more family friendly.”

Spacious room, views of port, large windows with nooks, attentive staff and valet, but the pool was overcrowded and not family friendly; the elevator wait was long, no available luggage cart when leaving, and the countertops in the room were not cleaned from the prior guest.
