The room was gorgeous, spotless and attended to in every small detail. Unfortunately, during our stay the hotel restaurant was closed, so we couldn’t try it. Also, we couldn’t use the in‑house breakfast, so they handed us one of the best suites (an upgrade from what we booked) and the chance to have free, unlimited breakfast at the Dalsass pastry shop. In short, the stay was flawless and surpassed the already high expectations. The only flaw was that I had arranged via messages an extra package that included a bottle of red wine and some petals upon entering the room. The agreed price was 30 euros, but at payment I was charged 50. There was no problem because I paid willingly for what was delivered and for the friendliness, but a bit more clarity would have helped.

The location was great, the staff were friendly, the breakfast at a pastry shop further down was excellent, and the rooms were very nice. The sauna was too small; two people couldn’t fit.

I really liked the ambience: calm, welcoming, and perfectly matching the style and pictures of the rooms. The bed was very comfortable and the property was well‑maintained and aesthetically pleasing. A pleasant and relaxing place, definitely recommended!

The shower was spacious and the bed comfortable. I didn’t appreciate that I booked a room in a half‑open building—no information was provided anywhere! The pastry shop they sent us for breakfast is fantastic with very friendly staff, but it didn’t make up for the feeling of staying in a ghost hotel. I also didn’t like the absence of a bathroom door in the room—luxury?? No.
