The spot is perfect for the stadium and the Vatican, and the room comes with every comfort. I especially liked the free wine and minibar, plus the slippers and toothbrush with toothpaste. The breakfast room feels cozy but gets a bit cramped when fully occupied.

The host is very friendly and goes out of his way to accommodate guests. The property is very clean and well maintained in every detail. The breakfast is generous, with fresh ingredients, especially the pastry shop croissants.

The apartments are lovely, with breakfast and a comfortable bed. The room is new, nice, and clean. The host really cares about your comfort during the stay. The terraces serve amazing breakfasts with a special vibe✨. Everything needed was in the room, and even more. It takes 30 minutes by bus to Venice Square. We’ll definitely come back! Highly recommend for a stay.

Communication with the owner was excellent, friendly, and the early breakfasts were ready. Right next to us is another room that shares a kitchen, but that didn’t bother us. The equipment is very good and the mattress is superb. It’s about 20 minutes on foot from the Olimpico stadium.
