The hotel’s location is excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is plentiful and varied.

Good value for money, Bus 19 stops right in front of the hotel. The air‑conditioning seemed to be non‑functional and unadjustable.
La cama muy cómoda y el personal del comedor, durante el desayuno: muy amables. He de destacar que al entrar al hall del hotel no huele muy bien. Quizá sea falta de ventilación y/o ausencia de algún ambientador más eficaz. Gracias
“Not bad, not good: not coming back”
The bed was super comfortable and the location central, with good cooling. Service was poor: I asked to change the room key card three times because it was demagnetized, and each time they failed (I ended up using only my partner’s card). The hall service was appalling: I requested water at night because the maid had not refilled it after cleaning the room, and they told me I couldn’t have water. Refusing water in a 4‑star hotel in a major Spanish city means something is seriously wrong. In the bathroom the fixtures were very old and partially broken; I saw several insects in the bathroom multiple times – not acceptable for a 4‑star.
