The reception was friendly and efficient, and the room was clean and spacious. I appreciated the smart TV, which let me pair my phone and watch TV through my own app. The towels were large and soft, giving a luxurious feel. I had booked breakfast with my reservation, and there was a wide selection of good quality food in a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful. On the downside, there was only one trash bin in the bathroom, which was inconvenient and forced us to stuff items into it. I also didn’t understand why a kettle was present, as there were no mugs, tea bags, or instant coffee.

“Tolles und stylisches Hotel, ruhige Zimmer und schön gelegen.”

Breakfast was good. The staff was a bit overwhelmed by the number of guests at breakfast. There were too few service staff on duty and some guests were dissatisfied. For us everything was fine.
