The location was perfect, the shuttle to the metro station was convenient, the staff were friendly, and the rooms were very clean and of an excellent standard.

Everything was great, breakfast was excellent, the bed was comfortable with great pillows. The room had a city view, but there was a bit of highway noise outside, and the shower was a little weak; otherwise everything was fine!

The hotel was very nice, modern, and the front desk staff were friendly. Our room wasn't cleaned properly; after two days of a dirty room we told the front desk, and they deep‑cleaned it immediately, which made it much better. I enjoyed the rest of the stay, though there were no English TV channels.

Everything was perfect, from breakfast to the spa, and the reception staff were very helpful, especially Luca and his colleague, whose kindness and friendliness stood out.
