Everything, especially the staff, was fantastic! I felt wonderful and welcomed, and everyone was genuinely friendly. I’ll definitely return!

The reception was very cooperative and gave excellent local advice, but the location was a drawback.

The building and its location are solid, but the staff don’t live up to a four‑star standard. The balcony rooms are separated by easily removable plastic dividers, which is not what you expect from a four‑star property.

The restaurant and breakfast were great, but the spa didn’t meet my expectations; foreign guests were naked while walking around the wellness area.
