The new building is fine, but all services are terrible: the spa is awful—each 90‑Euro massage ended with the therapists merely brushing the skin without any benefit; the restaurant had a 20‑minute wait because it was full, yet the order was wrong; at reception, after handing over the bathrobes as instructed for the spa, I was told to bring them myself because the staff saw me with luggage; owners need to realize this spreads bad word‑of‑mouth; for a hotel, not having electrical outlets near the bed is a major service failure; as a Genius member, I've never seen worse service.

The location is fine, but the reception staff (a lady) and the breakfast buffet were poorly maintained and not restocked.
