“It was ok could be cleaner water stayed cold”

The hotel convinced me, but the water was cold during my stay.

“I will not return”

Parking was available, but everything about my stay was bad, including the staff who seemed very inconvenienced whenever I had a question, even at check‑in. I could hear every single noise, and after spending $1200 I still had to ask for the room to be cleaned, which never happened.

“Did not end up staying. We left”

The location was okay, but the room was cleaned very heavily with bleach, producing fumes so bad that we had to leave. Unfortunately the hotel had no other rooms to offer.

“We will not stay here again.”

We cut our trip short after leaving a day early because the room smelled awful and the odor didn’t dissipate. With three of us, the towel supply was minimal. I had to clean the tub corners myself, finding lots of hair and pubic hair. When I turned on the air conditioner, it smelled like the unit was on fire. We slept on metal bed frames without comforters and had only two banquet chairs for seating. Very disappointing.

I had to leave an hour after checking in because no other rooms were available, and the sheet on my bed was dirty; when I was given a clean one, bugs appeared in the bed. I told the front desk, who advised me to call the manager in the morning so I wouldn’t be charged. I called the manager on Thursday morning, but never received a callback, yet my room was still charged, and I’m now working to have that charge removed from my credit card.
