“Excelente. Muy recomendado.”
Everything was excellent, all the food was very tasty and the staff were always available despite the crowds, but in my room the phone and the air conditioner were not working properly and were hard to adjust; I’m not sure if it was a defect or damage, but they left it quite cold.

The big bed was great, but the air‑con was loud and the room had no amenities to justify calling it a SUIT.

The hotel sits in a great spot, just two blocks from the Buenavista shopping centre, the premises are spacious and every staff member was very kind. Breakfast was included, served buffet‑style, and the portion was enough for a solid meal; I especially loved the chicken broth, which was more like a hearty stew with yucca, plantain and potatoes and a tasty seasoning. The pool area is small compared with the hotel’s size, but we never had trouble finding free chairs. We also tried the gym; it isn’t huge but it’s well equipped. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the air‑conditioning worked flawlessly. However, the hallway leading to the pool and gym smelled strongly of dampness, and the music in the lobby was blaringly loud.
