I had an unforgettable stay thanks to the most wonderful staff! 🤍 The experience at this hotel was amazing, everything was lovely, but the real highlight was the incredible hospitality. A special shout‑out to Shehan at reception, who was genuinely one of the kindest people I’ve met while traveling. Every morning he greeted me with a warm smile and a good morning, always ensuring I was happy, comfortable, and had everything I needed. It’s the little things and the people you meet along the way that make a place feel like home, and Shehan truly made me feel that way. Thank you for making my time in Sri Lanka even more special. I couldn’t recommend this place enough! Can’t wait to return someday! 🤍🙏

The Palm Garden is an excellent spot to unwind, relax, and enjoy Ayurvedic spa experiences. Breakfast is great, especially for the health‑conscious. The pool is a nice place to relax and the rooms are exceptionally clean. Hashan at reception is a particular asset to this hotel—he goes above and beyond for guests, has a beautiful, caring nature, and helps you feel welcome from the outset. 🙏 It would be nice to have tea bags and coffee sachets in the rooms 😊

“The Best Hotel Experience in Sri Lanka!”

This was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Sri Lanka! The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional, making us feel truly at home from the very beginning. A very special thank you to Thatushi and Sehen at reception for their kindness, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality! We also want to give a special mention to Shehan, who recommended some amazing places to visit. His wonderful personality, positive energy, and genuine friendliness made our experience even more memorable! We absolutely loved our stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended! We would definitely love to come back!

“A must stay”

The property was so peaceful and stunning, with a great pool, beautiful greenery, and absolutely amazing rooms! The bed was so comfy and the rooms were spacious. The breakfast was delicious. But the best part was the staff—everyone was so sweet and smiley, truly amazing people. My husband and I really connected with Shehan; he made our honeymoon memorable and special, was always there to help with anything we needed, and truly became our dear friend. He went above and beyond, and we never received such a welcome before. Thank you so much.

“Ein magischer Ort zum Entspannen.🌞”

I really relaxed at Palm Garden and enjoyed my time fully! The location is very quiet; you wake up in the middle of nature and see so many different animals 😍 The staff are super friendly and attentive, especially the manager Sehan who impressed me with his open attitude! Thanks to the people who bring life to this place and make it a paradise on earth! ❤️‍🔥☮️
