The mirrors, the sofa, and the mattress were fine. The cleanliness was poor: the floor was dirty, dust and seed stains near the fridge, a dirty sofa in the gaps, and a slight urine smell near the toilet. For a room that costs 1900 ฿ the minimum expectation is a clean, well‑maintained room. A room of this type should be spotless and disinfected.

The bedroom was adequate. I wouldn’t call it boutique, but it was clean. I used it only on a budget because I wouldn’t be there most of the day, just sleeping for 5 hours. The photos made it look more luxurious than it really is. I booked the standard double bedroom package, not the premium ones with the odd toys and fetish items. The bathroom design wasn’t the nicest.

I liked the location, but if you’re in a front room it can get noisy.

The staff were friendly and they let us grab free coffee anytime we wanted, which was great; nothing else to complain about.

The place is in a great spot, the room was clean, had its own bathroom, and the A/C was cool; the only downside was the shower’s low water pressure, which felt like a 3/10 and made showers take longer.
