The pool is great, though it’s unclear how often the water gets changed. We were told to sign up for breakfast the night before, yet the scheduled time was not respected, which was not ideal. At least we were on holiday, so we laughed it off.

The bungalow was fantastic, the pool lovely, the restaurant superb, and everything felt worth the price.

The resort sits in a nice spot with pleasant surroundings, lush greenery, and well-kept outdoor areas. The pool is enjoyable and having a parking lot is a plus. The room is spacious with a very large shower. The on-site café also provides a nice setting. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and professional. A brief power and water outage happened, but the hotel offered breakfast as compensation. The information about pet fees was vague at booking; Booking only mentioned that an extra could be requested, without specifics from the hotel. No fee appeared during booking, and the hotel sent no follow-up message after confirmation. At arrival, a 500 THB nightly fee for the dog—about 30 % of the room price—was demanded, which was a big surprise. We had to push for an invoice for that surcharge. The bed was far too hard, which ruined the night's comfort.
