voco Manchester - City Centre by IHG

“Was good for what we needed, appliances just need checking!”

It was a cool place, nicely decorated and clean, giving a comfy vibe, and the staff were friendly. The location was really convenient. In our room, one light flickered on and off, the fridge didn’t work (it wasn’t plugged in, but when we plugged it in it was noisy and didn’t get cold anyway), and the toilet brush was broken. The TV was hard to operate.

“Excellent will use again”

The location to the train station and metro was good, and it was an easy walk to shops. The staff were friendly and the hotel was quiet enough for sleeping.

“Fabulous hotel in a great location”

A fabulous hotel in a great spot. The welcome was lovely – all the staff we met went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. The bed was super comfortable. The room was beautifully clean, had everything we could ask for, and offered a great view of the city. Nothing was wrong – everything was perfect, thank you.

Fantastic location and quality, including a rain shower. There was no water refill station or milk for tea in the room.

“We had a very comfortable stay, the room was great, the staff friendly and efficient, great location”

There was a good selection to choose from at breakfast, it's a nice environment, clean and tidy and the staff a friendly and helpful. Nothing, it was great and met all our needs
