The location was great, among what felt like a very high-end area for business in Tokyo, very close to the station (maybe a 2 minutes walk). It’s a big of a bother to get to the lobby on the 20th floor but fortunately there’re dedicated elevators (3) specifically for the hotel. It’s REALLY not a con you need to worry about

The spot is fantastic, right next to Shinjuku Station, and the nighttime view of Tokyo is amazing; there’s even a 7‑11 on the premises.

I booked a corner room and the view lived up to expectations. The service and facilities felt somewhere between a typical business hotel and a four‑star property.
