I liked the beds – they were very comfortable – and I appreciated the host, the internet, and the option to leave my car in the parking lot. The host’s flexibility and convenience were a big plus. Honestly, though, the facilities weren’t the best; some rooms, like the bathroom area, needed better organization, and the bedroom door was a bit hard to close from the outside. There was a separate door that could be locked, giving access to the bathroom and laundry room, which caused some concern. Aside from that, I found the stay very useful and the cooperation helpful.

We didn’t stay there at all; we ended up at another hotel. The check‑in was scheduled for 15:00, but we arrived around 17:00 and found people already in our room, creating a huge mess with other guests. The situation was chaotic, with slow responses and delayed problem resolution. We were exhausted from the trip and especially from the wait.
