Location, food, hospitality—everything was good, except there were cockroaches in the room.

The staff were very kind and the location is good, close to the new market, and the room was clean. The only downside was the room size, but after speaking with reception they upgraded my room.

The hotel sits in a central spot near the new market and the area is nice. However, there was no hot water, the geyser in the room was broken, and the central heating didn’t work. The room had no windows, so I had to upgrade and pay extra. Vehicle noise was present almost the whole night.
