The fitness center was a highlight. The refrigerator malfunctioned; what I stored the night before was not cold the next morning.

The supervisor on duty was horrible, racist and mean‑spirited toward black guests. The room‑service supervisor was equally terrible, treating disabled black people poorly.

They overcharged me for the night. The service was lacking and there was no microwave or fridge.
