Not stayed. I couldnt stay there. The Hotel diverted my booking to another hotel which was 5im away where I went for check in. But before checking in seeing the rooms and the patheticc situation of the property I went away and booked another good hotel and stayed there. Giving zero rating since my experience was very bad and I could not stay in the offered property

We had a bit of a rough start as the hotel initially wouldn't let us in because we're a couple - apparently, they're not set up for couples. Not ideal, and it would be good to make that clear on the booking info. The hotel's policy seems pretty strict on this, so couples might want to look elsewhere. Overall, not the best experience.

The kitchen on the floor was a nice touch - it was fully equipped and made us feel right at home. We appreciated the convenience of having a kitchen available, and it added to our stay.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I was really impressed with the service - it felt like our second home. The location is also super convenient, right in the city centre. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd definitely consider staying here again.
