Location was fine. Everything else was a hassle: from electric adapters and ironing boards to glasses, toothbrush holders, and hangers. No staff spoke English, the TV had no English or Arabic channels—only Turkish. We had already paid for breakfast, which was very limited, and we still had to pay for coffee.

Location and breakfast were okay, and the room size was decent. The bathroom was broken, reception staff didn’t share information, there was no luggage carrier, and the address in the booking was wrong.
