The location was good, but the staff were not very helpful.

I was seriously wronged by a major credit‑card mistake that started back home; I asked to change cards and the hotel tried to charge the card I didn’t want to use, refusing to accept cash at checkout and only offering a credit after 30 days, which was not disclosed beforehand. They said cash at checkout would be fine, but it wasn’t, and this deception caused a serious problem with my account—I’m very upset.

I stayed in a room on the inside floor, the only one left, and it had no TV. They promised a $40 refund for the inconvenience, but neither the hotel nor the booking platform settled it, so I’m still out that money. The location was good, though.

“I'll definitely be back though!”

On the 21st and 19th floors there was no ice, and I didn’t get breakfast. There was a little mix‑up about the parking garage and whether you could come and go. The ice machine on my floor also had no ice.

The place is well situated, everything was spotless, and they let us check in early without charging extra.
