Questo affittacamere mi ha assegnato una stanza priva di finestre, nonostante ciò non fosse specificato nel vostro annuncio. Non e' previsto dalla legge italiana assegnare stanze prive di finestre, in quanto queste mettono fortemente in discussione la sicurezza delle persone. Le stanze prive di finestre sono registrate non come abitazioni, ma come ripostigli. Ho dovuto lasciare la stanza in piena notte perché non era possibile dormire senza passaggi di aria "naturale". Sono ancora in attesa della vostra risposta in merito al mio rimborso, e adirò a vie legali se non lo riceverò. The location is near the port. The room had no personal window; I called to greet them and ended up being asked for a tourist tax that I had already paid on my ferry ticket from Naples, so it felt like extortion, especially since the booking already included taxes. To top it off, the TV screen was split in two, the Wi‑Fi password was wrong, and the room felt like a bunker.
