“Stay was lovely but a too costly for self catering”
The layout was nice, and that’s all there was to say.
We really liked this place—thanks a lot! The only downside was that the hot water in the shower disappeared before we left.
“Nice get away from the rat race”
The place was clean, quiet, and out in the country.
“Overall, very good.”
The Wi‑Fi didn’t work and the TV lacked Netflix, even though the welcome page promised it; otherwise the place was spotless and nicely decorated, and the shower was great. We’d have preferred a foldable bed with a mattress because we were two heterosexual friends sharing a double bed, which wasn’t ideal; a simple camp bed with a mattress would have been perfect. Wi‑Fi and TV were the only issues.
The area was quiet and nice, but the apartment was cold, damp, and moldy—mold was visible on the walls and even in the drinking water container, and if the windows stay shut for long the smell is strong. Either keep the apartment cold with fresh air from open windows or make it warmer but then the air is moldy.
