The rooms are nice, simple, and modern, and the bathrooms match that style. Check‑out is available until 12 pm. The location is quiet and convenient: just under 10 minutes to the train station and 15 minutes to the city centre. The building is anonymous. The lobby offers seating, a fridge, a foosball table, and a bookcase. St. Gallen is a great city with a beautiful old town, and the surroundings—Appenzellerland and Lake Constance—are also well placed. Some guests might find it disappointing that no one greets or assists them; I had trouble at check‑in because the system mixed up my first and last name (or was it me?). There is no minibar, only a fridge in the lobby, and no air‑conditioning.
