The rooms were huge and spotless, the location was fantastic right on a hilltop with stunning balcony views, the staff were very helpful, the food was tasty, and there were both a heater in the room and a bed heater—just wow!

We booked a double room but were given a standard room with minimal space, and the water came from the bathroom roof—this room allocation was unacceptable.
