The food at the restaurant was excellent. The TV didn’t work, there were damp patches on the wall, the beds were very uncomfortable, the bathroom had a bad smell, the cistern was broken, the staircase felt awkward, and the staff were inattentive.

Great staff from minute one when we arrived , 4 of us travelling to Orkney on a diving trip , after 7 house it was a perfect stay over Fabulous dining experience for our Evening meal , arrange for a cooled. Real farts to be available in their sister hotel Cannot rate the stay high enough

Dinner was excellent, the room was comfortable, and I slept well. The breakfast arrived in a bag by my door, which was disappointing and should have been mentioned beforehand.

We really enjoyed our stay. The little cottage was ideal for us, the inn itself was great, and our meal was brilliant. We also liked the breakfast bag in the morning. The cottage could use a bit of modernising, but it was perfectly fine.
