The location is very good, the hotel has a lot of charm, and the staff were very, very attentive; however, the shower water never got fully hot, they don’t change towels until day 3 with a sustainability excuse, and given the price of the hotel they should at least ask you, plus a minor detail that the complimentary water bottle could be replaced.

From the moment we entered, the reception staff were welcoming and knowledgeable, making sure we knew what we needed and taking care of us; the manager was simply excellent, showing us the hotel and the sister hotel with its rooftop, which we could also use. The breakfast was a cold buffet and unclear on how things really worked, so a little improvement there would make it totally outstanding.
