I regret staying here. The hotel advertised Pantai Cenang, yet it’s actually Langkawi Lagoon—a huge misrepresentation that should have been clear. Cleaning wasn’t included and we were charged RM50 each time we requested it. When we checked out in heavy rain, they denied a buggy even though many were available, leaving us soaked. The shower water was freezing cold; when we complained, they told us to toggle the heater, which didn’t fix anything. The overall experience was extremely disappointing: misleading location, unexpected fees, poor service, and missing basic facilities. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

“Deludente per la polvere e la mancata manutenzione”

La struttura sarebbe anche carina. Particolare la palafitta. La zona è residenziale. Quando siamo entrate ci siamo accorte che Erano rimaste in casa 2 paia di ciabatte chissà da quando… il lenzuolo era sporco di sangue e abbiamo trovato un capello sul cuscino. Specchio de bagno sporco e vetri sporchi. Avevo prenotato per letti grandi separati ma All’ arrivo era pronto solo il letto matrimoniale (misura più grande) mentre al divano letto mancavano le lenzuola. E avevamo solo 2 asciugamani. Abbiamo avvisato l’ host e ci hanno preparato il lettino e portato gli asciugamani mancanti. Abbiamo dormito tutte e 3 insieme nel letto grande perché intorno al lettino era pieno di polvere. Abbiamo trovato ragnatele, Oltre al capello e al sangue sul lenzuolo… davvero un peccato perché quella struttura sarebbe un gioiellino…… e la descrizione non corrisponde alla realtà purtroppo
