The location is really good, the spaces are rather nice, and the concierge is responsive; the beach is truly close and mobility access is top. Animals are accepted, which is becoming rarer. However, the ad claimed each room has a wardrobe, a shower, a bidet, a hairdryer and free toiletries, but the reality is different: there is only one shower in a bathroom with a toilet and another toilet in the kitchen, the hot‑water tank is too small, and although there isn’t much fighting over the shower, the cleanliness of it is questionable. Black mold covers all the shower joints, peeling off and clogging a shower that doesn’t drain; the shower curtain is moldy, making it hard to imagine as an adult, let alone with children. The garden is neglected and unmaintained. Inside, it isn’t cleaner; mouse droppings were found in the living room at the foot of the sofa, a window was broken upon arrival and doesn’t close (in the dorm and kitchen), which is a real shame given the price. Access isn’t obvious for a car (not advertised). The dishwasher was full on arrival, laundry was drying outside, and the €25 extra for cleaning due to a dog could make sense only if the cleaning were done at least. The TV is large but damaged, and the mosquito nets are severely degraded.
