Terrible service, an attempt at deception and complete incompetence. I was told the room price was exactly twice the real price when I first approached the reception! Only when I booked directly through Booking and showed the reservation did they reluctantly agree to the real cost. From the first minute, it felt like guests are not clients but a nuisance. The staff show open hostility and a total unwillingness to listen. They respond to any request, even the simplest, with a wall of misunderstanding, and any communication turns into outright sabotage of their duties. In the room, there was unsanitary conditions: unwashed floors and obviously dirty bedding. When I asked them to clean, they simply ignored me, and no cleaning was done. Extremely dissatisfied with such rude attitude. This is disgusting service that will ruin your mood for your money. Protect your nerves and choose another hotel.
