The bed and duvet covers were dirty, the balcony door wouldn't lock, and the reception offered no proper service or solution; the staff seemed uninterested in guest comfort or making the stay pleasant.

Everything was good overall, except there is no dedicated parking space; otherwise the facilities, location, and room view are all fine.

The spot is great, but the rooms are awful.

The staff are terrible; everyone comes from Karnataka and only speaks their native language, so communication is a nightmare. The front‑desk guy acts like the owner and offers no basic facilities – the worst experience ever.
