The place feels very welcoming, only 5 minutes from the airport and with free shuttle service. The lobby, pool, breakfast area, gym, and public facilities are all top‑class, and the Starbucks inside is super handy. On the ground floor there's a small shop with various items, and on each floor there's a laundry room and an ice machine. There's a robot room service too. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well‑finished. The kitchen is fully equipped, letting you be self‑sufficient. It’s a bit far from supermarkets, so you’ll need transport to bring groceries if you want to cook. It’s near the Avion metro stop, which connects easily to downtown and especially Santa Monica. The staff are superb, always available and smiling. Security is always on duty and very reassuring. I’d definitely return. Just a 5‑minute walk away you can use the highly recommended and fun WAYMO service!
The only downside is the distance from supermarkets, which makes it hard to shop and use the in‑room kitchen.
