The landlady was very friendly, but I didn’t like that it was a shared bathroom, and the bedroom doors needed a good clean.

Parking for the motorbike was available, the location was great, the place was spotless and well equipped, and it was very comfortable—definitely the place to stay in Whitley Bay. The only downside was the noisy seagulls.

The spot is great—just a 4‑minute stroll to the Metro and a 2‑minute walk to the beach, with several tasty local eateries within 300 yards. The welcome was warm, everything matched the description I saw when I booked, and I’m definitely coming back often!
