My stay at this hotel was conveniently located for my business appointments in Lagos, making it an ideal choice. Unfortunately, the shower in my room didn't work properly, which was quite inconvenient. I had to get creative with my bathing routine, using buckets of water for the duration of my stay. Thankfully, the senior manager handled the situation with honesty and transparency.
