The hotel was very quiet, we had a room with a courtyard view, and it seemed well suited for people over 50. The staff were pleasant and responsive. The two‑bedroom suite was spacious with an incredibly comfortable huge bed. A separate bathroom with toilet and sink was a plus. The bus stop to the Lido pier was a minute’s walk, and the transport ran regularly. You could see real‑time bus and vaporetto schedules at https://oraritemporeale.actv.it/. The rooms were cleaned daily and towels changed. The large minibar could double as a fridge. The furniture needs repair, there are no convenient phone charging outlets so you have to unplug something, the shower cabin should be cleaned thoroughly and door seals added, the room had no dishes, only two glasses. Breakfasts were modest but sufficient. Sometimes the church bell rang loudly in the mornings, but not at night.
