The staff were super friendly and helpful, which is probably the only good thing about this stay. Unfortunately, the bathroom in our room was a nightmare - the smell was awful and couldn't be covered up with air freshener. The toilet paper holder was loose, the shower cubicle was damp and mildewed, the sink's faucet was wobbly, and the aircon filter was so dirty that black cotton balls were floating around.

The owner's kindness was a highlight, but unfortunately, the place had some major drawbacks. The air freshener was overpowering and there was no way to ventilate the room. The cushions looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages, and the exterior was covered in black spots.

The staff were really responsible and got in touch with me early to provide the room code, which was reassuring. However, I paid the most for the room, but it had no natural light - the window looked out onto a blank wall. The room also lacked a vanity, which was really inconvenient. There were a lot of mosquitoes, but luckily the room had an electric mosquito repellent. Unfortunately, the noise from the neighboring guests was really loud.

The facilities were okay, but the place was a bit old and neglected. The room had a weird smell, possibly from the air freshener, and it was humid, making it feel stuffy. There was no one around at night, and the room didn't have a door, just a security camera. The bed wasn't as described, and it felt like it needed some TLC.

The room was nice and the bathroom was great.
