The rooms were huge and the beds were cozy, yet the noise control could use a boost; I woke up at 6:00 every morning to loud radios or people yelling. I also spotted a couple of roaches in our room, which was a minor annoyance.

No positive aspects. When I arrived, the reservation was canceled immediately and they wouldn’t give me a room.

Every towel and bedsheet was covered in human hair—disgusting. I paid hundreds of dollars and received filthy linens. The staff were rude, bothering me constantly even before the scheduled checkout. I extended my stay from 11 to 1 pm and was told it was fine, yet they still bothered me at 10:50 am and 12 pm. The tub was unplugged, so we couldn’t use it. They told us to leave several times even though we had a late checkout. I never felt welcome there; it was shameful.

They allow pets, but the staff are unfriendly and come across as condescending.
