The bathroom was clean and the water pressure was amazing! Grace at check‑in was very welcoming and warm. I had breakfast at the main building, arrived around 7 am, and the food was cold, so I didn’t enjoy it much. I received a complimentary late check‑out at 2 pm. I planned to lie in after breakfast to rest up, but housekeeping said no! I knocked on my door at about 10 am and they kept knocking for up to a minute. That ruined my Sunday nap. Those are the two reasons I won’t rate it exceptional.
It was okay
The place is tidy, but the customer service falls short.
