The cleanliness is good and the breakfast is tasty, but the air conditioner is too cold and I can't adjust the temperature.

Excellent staff, great hotel location, flexible check‑out, clean rooms, and a good atmosphere for dinner and some beer; the breakfast schedule was perfect with plenty of food and a selection of local and international menus.
