Excellent spot for those who want to walk into the centre in a few minutes at a fair price. The room and bathroom were spotless and had all the necessary comforts. Simone, the host, was very kind and very helpful with everything you need. The affiliated bar is just around the corner, highly appreciated. No negative notes, well deserved five stars.

Great stay. The room was clean and the welcome was perfect. Breakfast was just a 3‑minute walk from the property. The location was very close to the city centre, about a 10‑minute walk to the Teatro Apollo.

Good location and warm welcome. But the bedding was bad and the room was very uncomfortable. The light detector was unbearable because it flashed brightly in the middle of the night if you go to the bathroom. Breakfast was more than mediocre. The bedding and room layout were the main issues.

The host was punctual and exceptionally kind, and I could make a warm chamomile tea before bed, which was a nice touch.

The accommodation was clean and cozy. The host was very helpful and responsive; because we were traveling for work, he even issued two separate receipts and delivered them to our doorstep. Everything was perfect.
