According to the information given, Brooklin itself does not confirm the payment. To avoid this kind of situation, Brooklin should coordinate with the hotels to prevent hassles.

The hotel sits in an awesome spot near the best beaches and entertainment spots. Breakfast is good. The staff are very attentive, especially manager Lúcia who is always ready to meet guests’ needs and make the stay pleasant. Another staff member worth mentioning is Mr. Marivaldo, the maintenance guy, who quickly went to my room when I reported a key problem, disassembled the lock and fixed it fast. I don’t know if I’ll ever return to Porto Seguro because I still have an entire Northeast to explore, but if I do, I’ll definitely stay here again. I recommend this hotel to everyone. I have nothing to complain about.

The location is perfect, staff are very polite, cross the street and you’re already at one of the best Porto Seguro stalls; it was worth every penny and we’ll definitely return.
