“very good indeed !!!”
The location is superb—right in the middle of Cala Ratjada with short walks to either the harbour or the beaches. The rooms were good value for money—fairly basic but very comfortable, clean, and with air‑conditioning. Linen was changed twice in four days. The bathroom was compact, but the shower was large, modern, and always provided instant hot water. The staff and manager were superb—super friendly, helpful, and proud of their family‑run hotel, which has been owned for three generations. We asked for a key for the safe, which was provided free, and beach umbrellas are available to use free (if available). The hotel restaurant was very good, with great staff, food, and drinks—perfect. The hotel consists of two buildings across the road from each other: one has single‑bedroom hotel rooms, the other has two‑bedroom apartments. The pool is with the two‑bedroom apartments but can be accessed with a door code and is a one‑minute walk away. The pool was pristine, very clean, with sunbeds, umbrellas, and shade available. We will be returning. The only suggestion is that the hotel should provide a fridge in the room to keep beverages cold.
