I was given a noisy room, and the so‑called sound‑proof windows had huge gaps that let the sound of an approaching truck be heard well before it passed by. I was woken up late in the evening because the restaurant staff forgot to charge a beer I had taken with dinner; they could have waited until checkout and settled the bill. I think the staff should receive comprehensive training.

“worst service and not worth for Mpney i stayed on 25 to 26 August Room number 2001”

The toilets had stains and were really disgusting; room service and other numbers weren't working. When I asked reception, they told me to dial only the front office. The hand shower options didn't work. At the restaurant, they told me to scan the QR for the menu before calling, and when I finally received soup it was just a Knorr soup, nothing special, with a very harsh voice.
