The local staff were friendly and the in‑room coffee was good quality. The shower and bed were fine. The room was quite small for two people, lacking a long mirror or dressing area—only a mirror in the toilet. The TV didn’t work, but we didn’t bother the staff because it didn’t bother us much. Paint was peeling from the bathroom door. There was no dressing area, and no luggage lift, though the staff helped with luggage.

For a short stay in Mostar we can only recommend this hotel! Excellent location in the old town, great breakfast, and very courteous and helpful staff.

Wonderful Balkan breakfast—great food and setting, and they accommodated my coeliac partner. The upstairs outside terrace was a big bonus. Some staff were friendly, and taxis were close by. The room was small, which was a drawback, but the terrace let us “expand.”
