The hotel is well‑situated, yet the staff were unhelpful, the rooms were dirty, and the railings were broken.

The room was filthy, the renovation was old, there was no blanket, and it took almost a struggle to get two extra duvet covers.

Leaving the hotel was a hassle, and the place has many problems: staff never admit fault and always blame guests, basic supplies like soap and shampoo aren’t automatically stocked so you must find them yourself, breakfast goes cold if you’re even a few minutes late, and there’s almost no housekeeping unless you specifically request it.

They overcharged for this stay. Claiming the amount shown on booking was wrong. Room was dirty and we were overcharged
